Capitalizing on natural and cultural-historical resources, promoting local producers, and creating opportunities for the development of small businesses were some of the topics addressed at a working meeting with representatives of the Municipality of Chucher Sandevo and the Municipality of Zelenikovo, dedicated to concrete activities for fostering local economic development.
The meeting was attended by the Mayor of the Municipality of Chucher Sandevo, Zoran Bajovski; the Mayor of the Municipality of Zelenikovo, Kosta Manevski; representatives of the Agency for Innovation, Scientific and Technological Development, and Entrepreneurship (INOVA), led by Director Daniela Dimovska; and representatives of the INBOX Training Center, which delivers training sessions and courses for personal and professional development.
During the discussions, ideas were exchanged regarding the development potential of both municipalities, opportunities for encouraging investment, and the role of the Economic Chamber in supporting the local business community.
The mayors of both municipalities presented proposals for initiatives in which the Economic Chamber could take part.
Through its role in connecting companies with institutions and opening avenues for business cooperation, the Economic Chamber can contribute to elevating the profile of local economic assets and aligning them with the needs of the business community. In this regard, participants discussed opportunities to support local producers, promote them before the wider public and the business sector, and create favorable conditions for micro and small enterprise growth. Particular emphasis was placed on identifying prospects for new investments and expanding sectors capable of driving economic advancement in local communities.
INOVA Director Dimovska presented avenues for creating improved conditions for micro-enterprises and small businesses, as well as for stimulating new investments within the municipalities.
