International trade reached $5.3 billion, import growing faster than export Click for more

In the first three months this year, the total commodity exchange amounted to $5,354,410,000. Both import and export have recorded growth.

According to the latest data of the State Statistical Office, the total value of the goods exported over the period was $2,174,918,000, showing 8.6% growth relative to the same period last year, and the value of the imported goods amounted to $3,179,492,000, which is 20.4% increase.

Trade deficit amounted to $1,004,574,000. Trade by product shows that export is largely composed of  supported catalysts with precious metal or precious metal compounds as the active substance, ignition wiring sets and other wiring sets of a kind used in vehicles, aircraft or

and parts of the seats of subgroup 821.1. Import is largely composed of electricity, petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals (other than crude), other metals of the platinum group and alloys thereof, unwrought or in powder form, platinum and colloidal precious metals; compounds, inorganic or organic, of precious metals, whether or not chemically defined; amalgams of precious metals.

Concerning the total volume of international trade in the first quarter this year, the most important trade partners of this country were Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Bulgaria, and Serbia.
