CERTIFICATES PRESENTED TO THE PARTICIPATNTS IN THE YOUNG MANAGERS AND BUSINESS LEADERS PROGRAM OF THE FOREIGN INVESTORS COUNCIL UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTRY

On 14 May 2021, the President presented the certificates to the participants in the Young Mangers and Business Leaders program, who successfully finished the training in the eight member companies of the Foreign Investors Council: EVN Macedonia AD, Comfy Angel, Van Hool Macedonia, Kemet Electronics Macedonia, EOS Matrix Macedonia, Philip Morris TKP, Ramstore Macedonia, and Makstil AD Skopje.

The President Pendarovski expressed gratitude to these socially responsible companies that opened their doors, providing professional development to the young manages and business leaders, and pointed out that this program motivates the young professionals to remain and grow here, in North Macedonia. This, he highlighted, will transform our country into a free and prosperous society, which will value quality, commitment, and professionalism.

“The candidates offered new, fresh perspectives, which will certainly help the companies. Some on the solutions the young participants have prepared show such quality, comprehensiveness, and soundness, that the companies are prepared to implement them practically,” said President Pendarovski.

To that end, President Pendarovski expressed pleasure at the interest of part of the companies to hire a few of this year’s participants, which represents a significant recognition for this leadership program.

“This means we are on the right track to create a generation of young, creative and committed people who are not slaves to the old models, rather they are prepared to face the new and rapid changes of the digital era,” pointed out the President.

For his part, the President of the Foreign Investors Council, Stefan Peter, said that the best result of the program are the job offers of some of the participants. “We did a great job in the most difficult period, in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic”, Peter said.

Within this year’s program, the candidates had the opportunity to gain new, practical experiences in strategic planning, to develop their leadership skills and to demonstrate their knowledge. “Young Managers and Business Leaders” is implemented in cooperation between the Cabinet of the President of North Macedonia and the Foreign Investors Council within the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia.
