Macedonian-Romanian Business Forum – MACEDONIAN  CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY INVOLVED INTO ROMANIAN MARKET

* For intensifying and upgrading of the business relations between the companies in the construction sector an Agreement on Cooperation between the Economic Chamber of Macedonia and the Romanian Association of Construction Companies (ARACO) was signed

In the organization of the Economic Chamber of Macedonia and the Romanian Association of Construction Companies (ARACO) supported by the Romanian Embassy in Skopje, in hotel Kontinental on December 5th,2007 was organized a Business Forum of the companies in the field of construction. In front of the businessmen were presented the opportunities for joint cooperation of the companies from both countries.


 
On the Forum, addresses have Mr. Mile Janakieski, Minister of Transport and Communications, Ms. Jelisaveta Georgieva, M.E. Secretary General of the Chamber and Dr. Adrian C.  Constantinescu, Ambassador of Romania in Macedonia.  The emphasis on the addressing was the further joint cooperation in the field of construction, indicating that Macedonian construction companies with their quality in building can be successfully involved into construction market of Romania.
The increased investments in Romania impose a need of engaging large number of workers of different profiles, so they indicate the need of additional 150.000 workers. In the scope of the Forum, ARACO and the Association of Civil Construction, Building Materials and Non-Metals Industries have own presentations.

For intensifying and upgrading of the business relations between the companies in the construction sector in the scope of the Forum an Agreement on Cooperation between the Economic Chamber of Macedonia and the Romanian Association of Construction Companies (ARACO) was signed.

In the scope of the visit to Macedonia, the representatives of the delegation on December 6th, 2007 have visited the facilities which are in construction, the sports hall, part of the roundabout around Skopje, especially the Saraj junction, and bridges on that section.
